The NetDespatch Velocity service, includes software, data licences, hardware, web hosting and management. All you and your customers need is a device (PC or PDA) with access to the World Wide Web.
Charges for the standard NetDespatch Velocity web services are dependent on the volumes of jobs/orders placed through the system each day, and the functionality required. Typically these charges range from 10p - 25p UK (20 - 45 cents US). There are no extra charges for subsequent access to the system (i.e. status updates, POD enquiries etc).
The only other regular charges are for the optional use of SMS, Fax or Mobile Communications.
NetDespatch charges are paid in advance in blocks of 1000 jobs/orders. Alternatively they can be paid as a composite monthly (discounted) subscription.
This means that instead of the majority of the investment being made ‘up-front’, the costs of using NetDespatch Velocity match the rising revenues of your business, and under-pin anticipated growth.
Note: Configuration of bar code labels and/or manifests may attract a small charge. In addition if customization or integration design and/or programming work is required beyond the scope of the standard system branding and configuration then this will be quoted for at our prevailing daily rates.
