Martin’s Nursery is realising the benefits of a fully automated order fulfilment and despatch solution from Zenstores and NetDespatch. The Northern Ireland based family business was established more than 40 years ago, and has a nursery spanning more than ten acres. The company nursery specialises in growing and selling a wide range of plants, trees and shrubs, despatching around 300 parcels a month to customers throughout the UK and Ireland.
“Prior to implementing the NetDespatch-Zenstores solution, we manually typed up the address labels, then later we moved to a method of downloading order details via a csv file. Not only was it time consuming, but it wasn’t very efficient as it was difficult to see which orders had been fulfilled and which still had to be dealt with,” said Karl Martin, Co-Owner of the nursery.

“The solution saves us at least two or three hours a week,” continued Martin. “Because it has fully automated our shipments with both APC Overnight and Yodel, it helps from an organisational aspect, allowing us to do more things quicker. Actually, it’s a Godsend. I don’t know where we’d be without it.”
