Independent store-based delivery and returns service, CollectPlus, has announced that it reached its 75 millionth parcel milestone on 8 September.

Integration specialist, NetDespatch works with CollectPlus to provide them with a secure, resilient and scalable integration platform and enabling them to deploy innovative features with complete confidence.

Working with CollectPlus since their outset in 2009, NetDespatch technology which underpins their platform has allowed CollectPlus to continually introduced innovative technologies as well as develop increasingly streamlined operational methods

Earlier in 2016, CollectPlus launched the UK’s first nationwide Print-in-store solution where consumers can send their parcels from one of CollectPlus’ 5,800 stores using a label that is printed from the Paypoint terminals in the stores. This innovative feature was launched using newly developed functionality from NetDespatch and Paypoint.
